Which network do I deposit on?

Robinhood Chain only (chain ID 4663). ETH sent on Ethereum mainnet, Arbitrum One or any other network will not arrive in your trading wallet. If you are bridging from another chain first, the bridge's own timing applies before funds appear.

How long do deposits and withdrawals take?

One confirmation is final in practice on this chain. Both deposits and withdrawals typically land in one to two seconds.

Is Tauson custodial?

No. Your trading wallet is a Privy embedded wallet that only you control. Tauson builds transactions; your wallet signs them. You can export the key or withdraw everything at any time.

Can rankings be bought or gamed?

No one can pay for placement. Gaming is expensive by design: rankings use realized PnL with FIFO cost basis, wash-style trades are filtered, creators are excluded on their own coins, and minimum activity gates apply. See Trader rankings.

What does trading cost?

A flat 1% service fee per trade, in ETH, always shown in the quote before you tap. See Fees.

Is any of this financial advice?

No. Leaderboards and scores are historical information about public blockchain activity. Memecoins are extremely volatile and most go to zero. Trade only what you can afford to lose.

I sent ETH on the wrong network. Can you recover it?

No. Tauson only operates on Robinhood Chain and never holds keys, so funds sent on other networks are outside anyone's reach here. If you control the destination address in a wallet app, you may be able to recover them yourself on that network by importing the key there. See Funding your wallet for how to avoid this.

My trade failed or filled worse than expected. Why?

Two usual causes. Slippage: fast-moving pools can move past your mode's tolerance between quote and fill; Turbo tolerates more, Eco less. Launch guard: fresh Pons tokens cap every wallet at 5% of supply during the restriction window, so an oversized early buy reverts. The terminal warns on affected tokens.

A token shows "not indexed yet". Is it fake?

Not necessarily. It usually means the token is seconds old (it appears within a minute) or predates the section of history our indexer is currently backfilling. The chain is always the authority; the explorer link on the page goes straight to it.
